Baked Fontina

A warm, creamy, garlicky, herbaceous concoction! Pure decadence! Quick and easy for entertaining!
You’ll make this over and over again!


1 1/2 lbs of Fontina, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp of fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp of fresh rosemary
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper


Combine garlic, thyme and rosemary in a small bowl. Cut the Fontina in small cubes and place in a gratin dish.DSC02117

Drizzle with olive oil.DSC02120Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper, broil for 6-8 minutes until bubbly and melted Serve with warm crusty bread! Enjoy!
