If you’ve had snails, you know how amazing they are! If not, give them a try, they come in a can, the prep is simple and you’ll be hooked!
• 4 Tbs of butter, softened
• 1 Tbs of fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 2 tsp of shallot, minced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• splash of of brandy
• 12 canned snails (8.75 oz)
Preheat the oven to 450°
Combine the butter, parsley, shallot, garlic and brandy in a bowl and blend well. Using escargot baking dishes, place a snail in each hole and fill with the seasoned butter. Place the dishes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Use small forks to eat them.
Make sure to have plenty of good bread to soak up the delicious butter sauce!
Also good with a bit of Parmesan sprinkled over the top.
