Sweet & Sour Slaw

Classic vinegar based coleslaw! A perfect combination of spices, sweetness and crunch! Easy and delicious!

• 1 1/2 Tbs of white sugar
• 2 Tbs of brown of sugar
• 1 tsp of mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp of of salt
• 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp of celery seed
• 1/8 tsp of celery salt
• 2 Tbs of canola oil or extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup of white vinegar

• 1/2 head of green cabbage (or a combination of red and green) grated or thinly sliced
• 1 large carrot, grated
• 1 small onion, grated
• 1/2 of a green bell pepper, chopped
♥ Or use bagged slaw mix from the grocery store


Whisk all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.Place all slaw ingredients in a large bowl, pour in the dressing and toss well.Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour, stir well before serving.
